The experience was far from expected and will not be repeated. The bathroom had an intense smell of sewage, which made the stay quite unpleasant. The apartment had fireplaces and wood, but only fireplaces and lighters were left, no pines or other material that facilitated the lighting. Despite the various attempts, it was not enough for us to be able to light the fireplace. The breakfast, delivered in a basket, proved very weak: two juices from the brand Amanhecer, two milks from the brand Amanhecer and two milks with chocolate from Mimosa; two loaves and two croissants; only two slices of cheese and two of fiambre; two small packages of butter, two of strawberry sweet, two of peach sweet and two of honey, plus instant coffee and cappuccino in sackets. There was a coffee machine in the accommodation, but not even a capsule was left per person; if we wanted coffee, we had to move to the reception and pay. Being both lactose intolerant, we ended up with only the juice, which we considered unacceptable in a 4-star resort hotel, which did not have any suitable alternative for people with lactose intolerance. We also consider it inadmissible for breakfast to include only one slice of cheese, one slice of lime and a small pack of butter per person. In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work in our apartment and the TV from the room was constantly with signal failures. The sliding doors from access to the balcony were completely perras, being very difficult, almost impossible, to open them. In the room we found dead spiders already dried, which indicates that they would have been there for quite some time, and one of the spiders was very stained, evidencing a lack of care in the cleaning and preparation of the accommodation. We intended to enjoy the pool, but after such a bad experience, the next day we only wanted to leave as soon as possible. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and an experience that we did not intend to repeat. Moreover, we believe that the rating of this establishment should be reviewed, as the experience provided does not correspond to the minimum that would be expected in a hotel of this category.

I booked a place to spend 1 night. The hotel unit: Bride of the Sea Resort, the reservation was made on 02-02-2026, and the day we would go would be the 15-02-2026 to 16-02-2026. Everything at the time of booking went well through the Odyssey website but the problem was the hotel unit we chose. The site was degraded, with no conditions to have anyone in that site. Initially they gave us an apartment in which it was shared and we had a private room, but the room was terrible, dust of walls that saw the bricks of being hollowed, bed with stains, carpets with immense for what seemed to me to be some pets that may have been here before. Given the condition of the room we asked for another room and told us that they would not have another room available because they would only have another after being cleaned, the justification was that they had a lot of people staying here and that they would only have even after the same being cleaned when people leave. We waited an hour, and at that time we went to enjoy the "spa", which we paid more at the time of booking to have a more complete experience. When we arrived at the pool area was with the dirty pool water with pieces of dirt accumulated at the bottom of the pool, the supposed Turkish bath we would have right was broken, the sauna without light and with the back seat broken and the jacuzzi that existed had the water completely shallow, which prevented us completely from seeing the bottom, had dirt to boil. And the worst thing was that it was this kind of messy and dirty stuff the space was without light. Only the outside light but as it was the end of the day was getting very dark and we had no way to turn on any kind of lighting. After we got out of there we went to see if they had another room for us already available and it was when they gave us an even worse room, with mud in the bed, on the walls, the mud was so much that it made a kind of lights that disappeared, it looked like mud. We didn't finish the stay because we didn't get to spend the night there. Horrible experience and this establishment should be closed.

I stayed in this hotel with my family on vacation, more than once, but it was the last time. Unfortunately, the experience has been getting worse from year to year. Right upon arrival, we were not provided with the apartment we had booked, forcing us to stay for two days in an alternative apartment and, subsequently, to have to move to the apartment initially booked. The conditions of the apartments leave much to be desired: the casings are damaged, with broken or missing pullers; the shower columns do not work properly; the jacuzzis have been broken for years, without repair; and in the bathrooms you can feel an unpleasant smell of sewage. Breakfast also lost a lot of quality, both in the variety of offer and in the quality of the products. In addition, the entrance area of the restaurant coincides with the outside smoking area, so the smell of tobacco often invades the space. The music is placed too high, creating a loud Mood instead of a calm and relaxing Mood expected in a hotel. The pool shows clear signs of poor maintenance and the water does not convey confidence regarding the Processing. The TV does not have all channels and the internet only works near the hotel's Welcoming, there is no signal in the apartments. Although the sympathy of the staff of this hotel unit is excellent, we decided not to reserve any apartments in this hotel again, as the problems with the facilities accumulate and there are no signs of improvements.
