Vip Berna Hotel

If the only function of this hotel is to give a roof for a night, do it in the worst possible way: the space is old, falling from rot and exudes unbearable odors in minimalist sized rooms. Breakfast is of a screaming poverty, to the point that there are not even spoonfuls of dessert in the "portfolio" of the service. However, the real horror is the service: antipathetic, rude and completely absent, they treat the customer as an absolute stumbling and refuse even to lift their gaze to help navigate a hotel that looks like a maze. For summary, avoid at all costs using digital means (such as the Citizen Card) and prepare for an eternal checkout, operated by a printer or software (or will the user?) worthy of the last century that rarely works. A deplorable experience that is not worth a single star.

It was the worst experience of my life. Bad and time-consuming care. Small room, small bed. The super small bathtub. It was a terrible experience.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and I confess it was a good surprise. No sophistications but seated, clean and with a lot of comfort. The breakfast had a variety of products that competed with many 4-star hotels. Besides everything, the employees are 5*.
