Zenit Lisboa

Lovey and clean hotel,very pleased with the room.The staff were unfriendly especially in the breakfast room. One morning the hot food ( bacon/ eggs) was stone cold so my friend asked a female member of staff why??..she shrugged her shoulders and rudely walked off...how rude😡 We stayed half board ,was a set meal of just 2 choices for starters, mains and dessert...the mains was only Fish or Meat..no other option available.The meat dishes was quite undercooked for my liking.☹️ The hotel isn't central, a good 20 - 60 mins walk to the New Town and The Time Out Market. Definitely pop on the tram to explore the Old Town. Sintra is a beautiful place ,very impressive, really recommended .

This hotel is not central it's a 50 minute walk to the main square, 20mins to Rossi. It's very clean and quiet, so no problems there. We were half board and found the two choices of each starter main and dessert were very poor. When the food arrived it was either under cooked or chewy the fish dishes were hake swordfish and blue fin shark.🤮 The door key consistently didn't work we were told to check it every time before returning to our room. On one occasion no towels were left. Breakfast was ok apart from one morning when the bacon and eggs were cold I noticed the cabinet was unplugged, I told the waitress who just shrugged her shoulders walked off and left me standing there like a Muppet then a few minutes later she decided to plug it back in. I found the whole experience of this hotel very disappointing with unfriendly staff who just didn't seem to care and made us feel very uncomfortable.

Located not far from all the actions in Lisbon, Zenit Lisboa Hotel is a hidden gems in a corner of two streets that you can't miss it. We caught the train from Lisbon Airport & exited opposite to the Atrium in Saldana. The hotel is accessible by foot within a few metres from the Metro station. The hotel has a small gym & provide Netflix, Apple TV, HBO & so on, which were nice to watch after a long day visiting the attractions. The staff at reception were very helpful as well as the room division personnel did their job with utmost dedication. The lobby smelled nice all the times we stepped in. If you need a quiet place far from the hustle & bustle of city centre, this is the place to be. Thanks for your hospitality.
