Fantastic stay with a lot of sympathy

I stayed in the Golf Annex. They showed me on the map where I should be headed. We arrive at night. There is no external lighting. There's no official. We played the bell and nothing. Only at the 3rd visit to the reception we were informed of everything As if the arrival was not enough, the room smelled immense to sewage!
