Perfect! Great welcome with drink, then again a welcoming bottle of wine in the room, delicious breakfast, litlle gift upon leaving, free parkibg at the hotel, best location right in front of the natural lava pools, clean room and stunning view. We enjoyed staying there very much, highly recommandable! Extra: super bar with the best gin & tonics I had in all of Madeira + very friendly staff.

We were at Aqua Natura Bay for 3 weeks and it was the best experience we have ever had. The properties are very well cared for and the staff are exceptional. The rooms are outstanding and we really never had to leave the property unless we wanted to walk to the beach or grocery shop or site see. The hotel restaurant has the best staff and quality of food that you can ever ask for, including exceptional service and complimentary breakfast! The check-in and check-out process was quite efficient. We were treated as family and will be committed to returning to this location for future vacations!
