For the location (in the city and near the beach); for the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas; for the professionalism of the staff, sympathy, availability and great willingness to help the customer; for the service of small and varied and restaurant and bar service, I highly recommend. Let's go back.

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The pool and sunbathing area are beautiful, relaxing, and well looked after. The location is great, and the food was also really good. A special mention to Lubelia at reception, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. She made such a lovely impression and really added to the experience. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were all very friendly and professional. Thank you for such a nice stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I spent 10 days in this hotel as a solo traveler (breakfast only) and am extremely disappointed with the service and the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the concept of hospitality is not practiced here at all. ​The positive aspects: Location: The location right on the beautiful sandy beach is excellent. Cleanliness/Breakfast: The room was clean, and the older lady in the breakfast restaurant was the only staff member in the entire hotel who was truly friendly and attentive. ​The negative aspects (and the reason for the poor rating): Room change upon arrival: My first room smelled extremely of stale smoke. At the reception, I was turned away with the explanation that the hotel was "fully booked" (which was demonstrably not true). Only after I contacted my travel agent the next day was there suddenly a free room right next door within 5 minutes. Absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly to customers. Atmosphere & Service: There is an ignorant atmosphere throughout the hotel. There is no greeting or farewell from the reception staff when entering or leaving the building. As a guest – and especially as a solo traveler – one simply does not feel welcome. Room service: After a few days, I left a generous tip for the room cleaning. The effect was paradoxical: My nightwear was nicely arranged beforehand, but afterwards it was just carelessly thrown onto the bed. ​Associated beach bar (O Corsário): The service here is a disaster. During several visits, orders were completely forgotten, incorrect drinks were charged, and one is simply ignored as an individual. Even paying takes forever, although the bar was hardly busy. ​Conclusion: For a travel price of €1,700 for 10 days (breakfast only), I expect at least basic courtesy and willingness to serve in a 4-star establishment. The hotel completely relies on its good location. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it and will definitely not return.
