Inatel Porto Santo

The best was the size of the room and the meals. The elevator doesn't work, and we stayed on the 2nd floor (there's only 2). It would be no problem if we didn't have a baby, but with the baby it was a good sports holiday. The kindergarten is awful, we tried to go there for the baby to play but it was impossible, it is very dirty without any care. Overall I thought the hotel has a lot to improve, because the location is very good and the service as well.

Being a fan of Inatel, it is with deep regret that I write this rating. Arriving at the hotel on a Sunday for lunch time, at the check-in, the reception informed that the elevator was broken but would be repaired the next day or, at the latest, two days later, on Tuesday. The elevator never worked during the entire stay, nor was any excuse or satisfaction given for the matter. I emphasize that it is deeply difficult for me to climb and descend stairs, and climbing hundreds of steps per day was a true martyrdom (one hundred for every walk and go between the bedroom and the dining room). There is no bathroom on the ground floor, only at the level of the dining room, but in an inappropriate state (damaged washroom tap, 5 days to have liquid soap, toilet paper never in the 3 cabins at the same time) which forced me to even more climbs to the room. There is no pool support bathroom. There is no cleaning and maintenance of the facilities. Taking the staff of the restaurant, tireless and with immense quality in the kitchen and the fact that the rooms are of good size, everything else is really very bad. Dirty, dirty. The floor around the pool a mangal, the route to the beach a garbage dump. Keeping a broken chair at the hotel entrance is clear. The state of the towels, the glass, the walls, everything. The little sand he left in the shower, after cleaning the room, continued there. Make the bed? Put the sheets and edredon up, nothing more. Change your bed clothes on a 7-day stay? Not even thinking! Frankly, a sea of paradise does not deserve to be served so badly.
