Good facilities and friendly service. Unfortunately, I gave for the lack of an object that I had taken with me. I immediately contacted the hotel and, despite the cordiality of the answers, felt little concern in finding out what happened and a quick attempt to close the matter. It is a pity that there was no real effort to clear up and resolve the situation somehow .

From the moment we arrived, this hotel impressed us. The rooms are genuinely spacious and immaculately clean — not just surface-clean, but the kind of thorough cleanliness that makes you actually relax. The only place that needed extra attention was the veranda since there was a dust storm that left them a bit dirty. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable, and we slept better than expected. Breakfast was a highlight — a generous, well-prepared spread that set us up nicely for the day. The staff throughout our stay were attentive and warm without being intrusive, always on hand when needed and quick to help with anything we asked. Parking is easy and convenient, which is something that's far from guaranteed in a city hotel, and a genuine bonus if you're arriving by car. The location is excellent. The metro is literally a 5-minute walk away, making it effortless to get around the city. It's also worth noting for anyone travelling for medical reasons that a major hospital is just 5 minutes away on foot — something that gave us real peace of mind since I had to undergo treatment there. The surrounding area has a good selection of restaurants, so finding somewhere decent to eat in the evening was never a problem, but the hotel also has a good at good prices. All in all, a very well-rounded stay with nothing meaningful to complain about. Would we recommend it? Without hesitation — yes.

Location is great, walking distance to all of the Oporto places to visit. The hotel is very clean, safe, no noise, front desk 24-7. Private parking available. Service and breakfeast is very good. They had shower slippers, and other amenities in the room.
