We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Excellent experience, from reception, cleaning, service and location.

We are a family that had been customers of this hotel for many years. We used to come for the weekend and both the hotel and dinner on the 31st, the party, breakfasts, meals the following days as well as the organization and treatment of the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately he has changed ownership and this will be our last year. An absolute disappointment: the lousy quality food, catering, served cold. The nefarious organization... to the point where when they gave the grapes they hadn't reached the table. That's for example. Where once there were musicians now a DJ... etc. Breakfasts on the line, ran out of food and took a long time to replenish, including cups. The horrible quality. During dinner we went not only hungry but also cold but also in the rooms where despite being heated you can not climb 19.5 degrees. Second time I stayed in this hotel and now I found better. Location with wonderful views and the people are nice and the Hotel has very good conditions. I liked it and recommend it.
