Holiday Inn Porto Gaia

I stayed at the Hotel on June 23 after a very stressful travel day (wallet was lost). The customer service that I received from Renata was excellent. Renata was able to resolve my concerns and got me checked in quickly. The hotel room was very nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The lobby was very comfortable with seating both inside the lobby and outside. I was able to store my luggage until my departure time. I certainly would recommend the Hotel room stay over the apartment style rooms. Thank you for your excellent customer service and a nice stay. Regards Bruce Wood

Amazing hotel with really nice staff. The view from the 21st floor is incredible!

Hotel with a few years but very well valued. Small indoor pool and very high cost of use given the service provided. Time also reduced. Breakfast with quite a variety. Restaurant though with reduced menu but very well made dishes.
