If you are looking for a hotel that treats your guests with DESPREZO after they are victims of a theft inside the hotel, you can choose this one. Earlier this year, my parents were staying here for work. One night, they went out for dinner, and when they came back, they found out that they had stolen cash in cash and all my mother's gold jewels that were kept in the hotel safe. The worst came later. Guests saw a man knocking door at door on that floor and called security, which did not show up. Then, my parents discovered that the hallway of the SEQUER rooms had security cameras, which made any investigation difficult. The hotel did not support, did not present a solution and treated my parents with total disrespect, as if they were making up history. No solution, no effective support and no responsibility assumed. I'm not writing this for the money. I am writing because my parents lost property that will never be replaced and were treated in a way that I consider completely unacceptable. Stay alert for those looking for a hotel that truly offers safety and respect to its guests!!!!
