Hotel Bienestar Termas de Moncao

Breakfast very weak and bad for a 4-star hotel, no internet on the 3rd floor, shower toilet in the 3 positions poured very weak water, not to mention that my room door did not close by the inside.

I think giving a star is a lot. When I arrived at the hotel to check in they told me that I could not use the thermas, if I go for this type of stay it is obvious that it is to enjoy the thermas. But I accepted because I was told I could use it the next day. When I got to my room for my astonishment there was an awful smell of mold, dirty floor, walls and ceilings with mold, glasses all marked, and there was a super old oil heater full of rust. We couldn't stay in there and we were soon spent 10 minutes in that room. We lost the stay money but I think I gained health. A place to never go back.

I booked the hotel to enjoy a voucher and still paid more than 50€, assuming I would have a wonderful stay. When we arrived at the hotel at about 18:00, the reception said that we could not enjoy the thermas, until then everything was acceptable because we did not know we needed to reserve, however the problem came as soon as we entered the room. An unbearable smell of mold/mould, breatheless and even the windows could not be opened, as there was a role fixed on the glass, for our protection from insects. The air conditioner installed did not work and had a 90-year heater full of rust, the walls were all cracked and dirty, glasses with tape glue. This is lack of cleanliness and public hygiene, not to mention to access the thermas we had to get out of the building to walk about 300 meters, neither of this we were informed. Immediately we left the hotel, and we did not stay there, I may have lost everything, but I would never stay in a hotel, where you ask for at least the minimum, cleanliness and hygiene. You cannot understand how it is still operational. I'll never go there again.
