Family vacations. Beach hotel in a natural and quiet environment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Family room with sea views is quite good with two terraces that look out to the sea and one of them also to the pool. Good-sized and quiet pool. Buffet food is quite decent. Good accessibility in general. I am a scooter user and I only found a couple of steps to get to my family room, but in the rest of the hotel and surrounding areas I was able to move around without a problem. I fit in the elevators without a problem. The room has a shower.

Overall, the restaurant and bar service was excellent, with attentive employees and a pleasant environment. However, there was a situation that damaged the experience. During the broadcast of a World Cup match, the volume of the TV in the bar was excessively high. Although we politely requested that the sound be reduced — since there were no customers watching the game and our group, made up of several relatives, including very elderly people, only wanted to talk — the request was not met. It was a less sensitive attitude to the needs of the customers and that ended up compromising a moment that would otherwise have been very pleasant.

At this moment, unfortunately, we are staying at the hotel… a tremendous lack of professionalism and attention from some employees of the establishment. This is not our first visit, but it is certainly the last one. Surely the place where we felt the worst in Portugal.
