We liked quite, excellent large rooms, large beds and comfortable. Hotel in general very clean and seated, excellent decoration. Beautiful indoor and outdoor pool very clean and large enough. What we didn't like: the gyms and indoor pool have external use, hence it was interesting when going to the pool to have some privacy for those who are in the gym. We also don't like to be in the reception waiting for wet bathing suit and wet towels and be overdue and not prioritized by who is checking in or check out considering that we take 10 seconds to deliver or pick up towels. Outside of that we especially liked the indoor pool and still enjoy a class of hydrogynasty that we love!

It was our first time at this hotel and the truth is everything was perfect, from the service at reception the girls were very kind giving information on everything necessary about the hotel, we got a room on the fifth floor with views of the river, everything perfect, the breakfast with variety and quality products, you have free outdoor parking and paid indoor parking with good parking spaces, without a doubt I recommend this hotel

You can't call it a spa hotel. The weakest I have been to this day the hotel is new has great finishes in terms of aesthetics, but the operation is bad.
