Casa da Tojeira

We visited the farm on the Nature & Wine Tasting Tour in Northern Portugal from Detours that we did. It was very interesting to know the property, a time trip. It's worth a visit. The taste of green wines is delicious and we were delighted with the sparkling, the best I have ever had.

It could be a very nice stay, I presume, if You would stay at the main house. However, I think due to the heating being too expensive, they put You on the new block apartment just above the restaurante which is clean, new, but very unconfortable for what You expect being at such a nice place. The restaurante is simple but not bad and prices are afordable.The people are very nice and will do their best, within their possibility, to give You all they can. Not recomend if You want na experience in a manor house.
