The lady who attended us at reception was a very unpleasant person. It seems that the Spaniards (the pousada is on the border) do not like them. She did her best to make us uncomfortable and not happy with that, she charged us on the card for the stay on 2 different days. I claimed it and obviously they returned it but they did not answer the question of who had authorized the charge, they told me by phone that there was another client who was called like me, excuse absurd where there are
I submitted 2 written claims and had no answer, I was only given that excuse by phone from the pousada.
The pousada needs reform although its position is unbeatable. The service I've already defined.
