Turismo Sao Lazaro

We had reserved rooms at the POUSADA, but the poor treatment we received in response to our emails made us give up and switch to the Hotel Turismo Sao Lázaro. What a great choice!!!!!!!!!!!! As soon as we entered, we noticed the difference. The attention from the staff is exquisite. Our room on the 5th floor was perfect. A great view. King bed measuring 2x2. Enormous room, as well as the bathroom. The bed linens and towels were spotless. Phenomenal cleanliness. Not a single complaint. The pool (the pools, 3) was perfect, quiet with a drink bar (highly recommended). The staff was super helpful. The breakfast was a 10, nothing was missing. Cold cuts, eggs, bacon, yogurts, fresh juices, pastries, smoked salmon, breads of different flavors, in short... an amazing breakfast. We have stayed in few hotels with such a breakfast. We took the relaxation package for the room, with fresh fruits and late check-out. A great choice for only 20 euros more. On the last day, we walked to the center; it seemed farther, but we only took 15 minutes. Quite close. Special attention to the SUNSET BAR of the hotel. Everything was very good, with a wide schedule, great service, and ideal for the evening. Above the pools. The price... for what we received, it was economical. We will return, we will return, we will return... we already wish to come back...

Okay, but the bed is very hard, dawn with hip pain, breakfasts very poor and the head of room very edge, customers are treated with courtesy, not as if you are doing a favor

This hotel is very poorly rated. It's not a 4-star hotel. You stay at 3:00 and I'm already being benevolent. The rooms do not have convenience and the hygiene leaves much to be desired. The noise from the air conditioning is insurgent in the rooms during the night.The reception staff are very weak. They have no formation, they only exist. They make a bad impression. This hotel only has breakfast as its strong point.
