Best stay in Condado. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars

The staff is pleasant. However, the room was more like a closet than a hotel room. No dressers, no closets, no table, no chair - not a single place to put your clothing. The fan and light fixture over the bed was the only light and it was either full on or not at all. The switch was by the door, so you had no light once turned off to get back in bed. The bathroom is large and roomy but who needs a bathroom half the size of the room! The towels were scratchy and thin. The room smelled of mold coming from the wall unit. Since I’m a walking mold detector, I smelled it as soon as I walked in the room and had to turn it off. There is no dead bolt on the door and the jamb doesn’t fully close the door - pushing on it allows for the door to move. Someone did a wonderful job in marketing because the pictures don’t look much like the hotel. In general, a well overpriced hotel that should be advertised as a motel, at best. I’m not sure what’s boutique about it other than being small.

Convenient location with helpful and accommodating staff, but room was very small, without a spot to open luggage except for floor or bed.
