I was in the hotel and it was horrible, there was not enough light in the rooms. In the amenities it says that it comes with a refrigerator and it is false. I need a refrigerator for medicines. My stay was supposed to be 7 days and they canceled my stay on the 3rd day and told me a lie that the hotel would be closed for the duration of my stay and I practically stayed on the street without having a place to stay. They recommended a doubly expensive hotel to me. Of all the employees, only one was kind and friendly. Parking is not accessible, it is very far from the hotel, they do not have disabled parking, thus creating limitations for disabled people.

No hot water and showers overflow into the bathroom for 4 days. Horrible. Run fast and do not stay!!! I complained the first day and they said I must let the water run for some time. I let it run for an hour and no hot water came thru the pipes. I complained about the toilet not flushing and they did fix that. There is no refrigerator so you can't store any food at all.

This place was horrible and on top of a hospital where they ask you to not wear bathing suits in the hallways. No hot water. No towels and wash cloths. And when I requested a refund the last at the desk was rude.
