La Concha A Renaissance Resort

As a long term employee of a large strip property in Las Vegas my expectations of luxury service are high. La Concha not only met but surpassed them. It's not cheap but I don't mind paying for quality. The public areas are modern designed and well maintained. We stayed in a room, on the 10th floor with a ocean view which was outstanding the picture of how amazing the view was doesn't really do it justice. Nice selection of restaurants, reasonably priced coffee shop and direct beach access. You pick out a few loungers and one of the beach attendants goes out with the power driller and sets up your spot with a umbrella, don't forget they work primary on tips so don't forget to take care of them. The outdoor pool is two levels and open till ten as well as the drink service. So really everything you would except in a luxury resort. Its a lovely property. What really stands out however is the service. This is the true gem of the hotel. Every employee I encounter was friendly and accommodating. We ran into a little glitch at check in, not the hotels fault but mine, Javier and Felix at the front desk were absolutely amazing, on several occasions, going way out of their way to help accommodate and correct my mistake. You can stay at the most amazing property in the world but at the end of the day it always comes down to the employees. I tell ya, La Concha nails it. I could not recommend this place more...

Our stay was incredible. La Concha was more expensive than the other hotels but absolutely worth it! We got married at LaConcha 10 years ago and just had a group of over 50 people for our anniversary trip this past week. All rooms are amazing, the suites with the kitchens are best, but I travel with shower hooks which aways come in handy. Kayla Michelle, who works by the pool area and she was the best! K. Michele made sure our whole group was all set every day, she is a asset to La Concha, and make sure to look for her. Maria at the desk is also amazing, and super friendly. We did not have any staff that was not great. Everything you need is right outside.

Previous to our arrival at this resort our reservations were in total disaster because we had seven different reservations for two rooms and different rooms each night every night this was set up over the phone with the Marriott Representative . However, front desk representative Carol did perform a miracle to unravel the whole clerical error . She was able to facilitate a room with the best view that I have ever encountered truly saved a nightmare situation . She was a trusted. Advisor the entire stay. I would also like to put the spotlight on several other staff members because I think that all the staff members at this resort truly work hard for their guests . Oscar, the restaurant manager made sure that the Father's Day brunch was spectacular. The coffee was great the sourdough bread. Exterior crew Diego was covered in sweat at 8 o'clock in the morning as he was dragging out chairs making sure that your position on the beach was perfectly positioned . I would consider the beach to be above average the waves are colossal. They need not to be taken for granted. It simply is not rated for a poor swimmer but is beneficial because it is instantly refreshing , With combination of the breeze, you feel comfortable on the beach. Multiple Hot tub is temperature the perfect temperature and Infiniti pool is a perfect setting to just sit back and view the waves .
