We gonna start with some bad points to make it better in the end. First of all, there's no wi-fi connection what's quite important for nowadays travellers; it's quite hard to find this place in the darkness when you don't know the city and the last one, you can not lock yourself in the toilet in the dorm. Okay, we survived and we were ready to be glad to find this place and have a shower with a thrill, we even forgot the lack of wi-fi. Why? In the morning you can actually realize that the city centre in just 2 minutes walking distance and that you slept in one of the walls of the citadel, the dorm is cosy and beds comfy. We were there for 1 night and the owner (?) invited us for a lovely campfire in the hostel's spacious garden where we met amazing local people. It was so relaxing, that actually we could forget how fast our trip was passing. You don't feel there like a guest, but like a part of family. They offered us some wine (Romanian spritz) and we had a nice chat about Romanian culture. This hostel is worth of a visit, maybe for 2/3 days, meanwhile the city centre of Alba Iulia disappointes you after 20 minutes long walk. Be aware, there's a security dog, it takes care of you all night long! :D

Excellent idea&concept. Good location, precisely in the wall of the citadel. Helpful staff. Good beds with comfortable mattresses and pillow. Very clean, welcoming. Kind of noisy due to the party held that night, right next door, at the Ryma Bar.
