Garden Club Hotel

friendly staff but unfortunately in vain....their preparation is far below the decent level...at the pool I asked for a non-alcoholic cocktail for the child (8 years old) and unfortunately I received one with alcohol....the food is average (edible....nothing special) At the end of June the air conditioning did not work at all in the room during the stay (3 days) the staff kindly shrugged their shoulders! The minibar looks execrable and disgusting and does not cool at all! I think the hotel maintenance tends to 0% I also attach some pictures and leave it to everyone's appreciation if it is worth 500 ron/night My family and I will definitely not come back....too bad about the location

This was our third visit here - and unfortunately will probably be our last. The pool is still very good with good service. The hotel doesn't seem to provide any level of service for its guests. Our first night we reported an air conditioning unit in our room that was not effective resulting in a very poor nights sleep. Reported at 8pm - reception apologised and said maintenance would look at it the next day - absolutely nothing. Avoid room 301! In fact the room was not even cleaned or looked at. There was an event our first night so the restaurant was closed but we could eat by the pool - all OK. Our second night we went down to the restaurant around 7pm - nothing. Eventually found someone to come to reception - restaurant is closed - why didn’t you inform us - just a shrug. Even had to call a taxi ourselves. We used to give this hotel high ratings for customer service - unfortunately not any more.

The Garden Club is a modern beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and great food. The hotel has a vast and varied menu including salads, steaks, pastas, pizzas and even American style chicken wings which were fabulous. The breakfast spread included breads, vegetables, several varieties of egg, yogurts, cereals, and meats. The coffee machine served a variety of hot drinks and only took a little assistance to operate properly! On-site parking was free and spacious as well. We really enjoyed our one night in the hotel and highly recommend the hotel for your stay in beautiful Brasov.
