Ramada Brasov

This hotel is not recommended. The room gave a dirty impression with stains on the carpet and broken details on the toilet. The beds were extremely hard. You lay directly on the spring mattress. When asked if you could get pillowtop mattresses, the answer was no. There wasn't. Visible stains on duvets and pillows. Unfresh. Despite the AC, the room was extremely warm. Couldn't get the temperature down. Hair dryer didn't work. Got to borrow a blow dryer at reception. The shower oscillated between hot and cold water. Unfortunately, the staff was not very service minded. Breakfast did not contain any healthy options. Positive was that the room was spacious.

Clean, quiet, nice view, the staff is really nice and friendly, good food and so on with the good stuff. Can't wait to go back!

One night stay with a group on tour in Romania. Modern reception and welcoming spaces. Decent room. Dinner in a small room with average food. Problem: breakfast in conjunction with a large group of tourists, in the same environment as dinner, chaotic, impossible to serve and sit down. Scarcity of coffee machines. Everybody in line.
