The hotel is outdated. The pool and spa area are in a very bad shape. The showers from the spa don’t even work. We booked a family deluxe. The room was decent, very spacious, and clean. The bed had soft mattress. The furniture and the carpet looked old. The room door made a terrible noise each time we closed it. We especially enjoyed the restaurant and the staff. Unfortunately, all in all the hotel is not worth the money. It is definitely not a 4* hotel, but rather a 2*. We will not return here.

Furniture in the room and bathroom rather old fashioned and looking really shady, bad draining sink, no facilities at all for a cup of tea or coffee, malfunctioning tv, no table, no slippers (as four stars hotels do have) Instead the room was big with magnificent Mountain View, rather clean. Breakfast reasonably good.

The rooms are spacious, even if not all of them have a balcony. The furniture needs some maintenance/replacement as is quite old. A big plus is the indoor pool which is large and the sauna, even if, due to pandemic situation, wasn't functional. The food served at the restaurant is average (nothing extraordinary, but not tastless). We liked the breakfast and the staff atittude. We will come back!
