RIN Airport Hotel

We arrived at the hotel and checked in. There were quite a few people checking in at the same time but was handled efficiently and professionally. Went up to our room, well furnished with a mini-bar that did not work well, air-conditioned which did the job well and a practical bathroom with nice sized shower. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel and were pleasantly surprised at the good service and range on offer. A few times we approached the front desk to which we always given polite answers. Since our flight was at 2200 we requested late check-out, with no problem, and used the hotel shuttle to reach the airport. Some of the guests to whom we spoke used the hotel for the last night to save the hassle of travelling from the city. We were pleasantly surprised as had no noise from airplanes. All in all would recommend this hotel!

Stayed two nights at start and end of tour. Very close to airport but completely quiet inside the rooms. Spacious well-appointed rooms, very clean. Courtesy bus from/to airport. Friendly staff. Simple breakfast available for early departures. Good restaurant. Perfect for stop over for flights. Good value.

We were in transit and spent one night since ot was close to the airport. > The hotel is completely lacking in customer service culture. There were no greetings, no smiles, and no courtesy shown by the staff at any point during our stay. The overall reception and attitude throughout the hotel were very poor. In addition, the carpets across the entire hotel were extremely dirty, which made the environment feel poorly maintained. Our bathroom looked like it was recently refurbished, that was the only plus for the hotel. Considering the quality of service and overall cleanliness, this hotel was definitely not good value for money.
