hotel far from downtown on the heights but far from everything. The cleaning is done every 2 days; I think there is a lack of staff. The dining options are acceptable, but often there are no pastries at 7 in the morning. The orange juice is made from freeze-dried packets and is awful; otherwise, the staff is friendly and does what they can with their means.

I have recently returned to Mercure Medias, a hotel that I have visited many times since 2021. I can once again confirm that it is an excellent hotel, with high-quality accommodation, a good restaurant and a spectacular heated swimming pool. I have stayed in the "Fiore" Suite, which provides ample space and all amenities. I also had dinner in the restaurant and was offered a glass of champagne, due to a special event. Such a nice gesture. I once again appreciated the friendliness and positive attitude from all the personnel. Special thanks to Ms. Rebeca N., who has personally taken care of my preferences. Will be back soon!

Massive hotel located on a hill that dominates de town. Large garden and huge parking lot, which could accommodate dozens of buses and trucks. From distance, the property looks like the mansion of a proud local landlord. There was even a lazy cat relaxing in front of the entrance. We couldn't believe it's a Mercure hotel until entering the lobby and receiving small gingerbreads as welcome treats. However, once stepping inside the room, it became clear it's a Mercure standard accommodation. Cozy bed, modern furniture, fancy bathroom. Decent breakfast with lots of regional food choices, including homemade "zacusca", baked eggplants salad and local cheese selection. The indoor swimming pool is super generous, although looks a bit outdated. Very kind staff and incredibly good value for money.
