I wouldn't go back to the hotel or give away, bad hotel with bugs in the room, we were changed room with broken toilet, bathroom to get in you need staircase, bad, miss reception of the night without saying anything and looked at me wrong, come on not drunk would come back

The tap water was red of rust…literally, red rust. The room was cold, we asked the staff to turn up the heat, 4 hours later it was still as cold. Only late in the night, maybe 3 am, we only had a bit of warmth in the heaters. The air conditioning remote had no batteries, because we tried to warm up the room in that manner, we asked the staff member for batteries. He went to look for batteries in a vacant room, he took them from a tv remote. Also, the parking at the front of the hotel does not belong to the hotel….if you park your car there, you have to pay a separate tax to some shady old dude who doesn’t even work for the hotel and the receipt he gave us had botched information regarding the “firm” he worked for. Most likely the firm does not exist at all and that guy’s activity is completely illegal there….but the hotel staff were ok and said it’s just how things go there.

Very old, obsolete and rancid hotel. Uncomfortable room, with plugs at floor level, very high bathtubs where you have to take a good jump to get in, wifi that doesn't work and, when it connects after many attempts, it doesn't even last two minutes. Sewer smell in the bathroom. The dining room service is clumsy and poorly managed. Nothing good to highlight.
