Modern hotel, large and comfortable room, very comfortable mattress, working air conditioning, clean, not too noisy. Hearty and good breakfast. Average staff, rather indifferent to the guests.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It is very large, with spacious rooms as well as a large bathroom, and everything is very clean. It is located in the center of Piatra Neamt. With very attentive and helpful staff. Very good buffet breakfast, complete and abundant.

Reception area is unwelcoming with nowhere to sit. There is no lounge. The restaurant was a huge area the size of a ballroom, no atmosphere, no decoration. The tables are not set for breakfast. My bedroom was very hot and could not be cooled despite opening the window, this was because the towel rail in the bathroom was giving off heat. I asked for someone to deal with this and they told me it was not giving off heat. There is no air conditioning so the room remained hot. The shower did not stay at a constant temperature. I was on the 12th floor and often had to wait a long time for a lift. There are only two lifts and four people in one without cases, is tight.
