Aurelia Hotel

Unfortunately on arriving at the hotel, we were told by the lovely receptionist Diana, that the air conditioning had broken on the first floor. This was not great as Europe was having the hottest heatwave in history. She had been trying to phone is to let us know, but we had no signal for much of our journey. She was so apologetic, and offered us a fan to help. We went to our room which was large and well decorated. We were travelling with our 2 dogs as well. We had a meal in the Italian restaurant, which was lovely, and such good portions I took away a doggie bag, literally. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection. The value for money of this hotel was very good, and the kind and helpful staff was second to none. Despite our very hot and sticky night, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This place is huge.They have so many rooms but the combination of the brown furniture with orange curtains in the rooms is depressing.Some rooms are very dark in the afternoon and the light inside the room is yellowish. The bed was ok. Free parking in front of the hotel and free wifi but the wifi was not working properly everywhere in the room.The breakfast is poor but if you order lunch or dinner from the restaurant the food is excellent. Mainly Italian food and very good. Good for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel and restaurant.It's nice, clean and friendly.The food is very taste and varied. The room are spacious, confortable and modern.The staff is corteous and prompt. Is a quiet and comfortable, just a little away from the city
