Hotel Lido

We had an excellent week at this hotel. We agree 5* for the cleanness, food, services, atmosphere, all.. Compliments for everything Mr Graziano, sigra Ilaria, sig Michele, sigra Betty and to all the team. Whenever you look for quality and proficiency you find them at Beau Rivage Pineta Lido di Jesolo. We booked 2 rooms for one night, filtered for parking and breakfast and got Best Western, which had to be quite neat. Wrong! Parking was not free - you did not mention when booking "within the available places" - we found out at the reception. The surprises are not exhausted though, the room follows (#114 and #116) - for rooms #116 and #114 bathroom was dirty, (for room #116) the shower hung, the pillow was missing from a bed, the curtains looked like they were clean the last time they were new. The hotel is listed with 4 stars - slippers were there but no bathrobes; in the dirty minibar were 2 water bottles, and so much. On the TV we only had radio programs (in room #116). The best still follows - in hotel restaurant was an event and the loud music stopped un 2:00 am. Breakfast is in a basement with no windows. Staff at reception totally unfriendly. The experience was a nightmare - I didn't expect from a Best Western and even less from a 4 star hotel.

it is a little expensive for what it offers, but i was on a last minute crunch so this will do. 10 min drive from Timisoara old town. 352 RON for 1 night, excluding breakfast. there is free parking onsite but operates on a first come first serve basis internet speed 50-70 mbps
