Misleading price promises and no response to complaints. We were explicitly assured at the reception that a direct booking would be cheaper than a booking via Expedia. We trusted this statement and paid the entire amount immediately. Only afterwards did we realize that we had paid around 30% more than via Expedia – even more than the regular hotel price. When we pointed out this obvious contradiction to the hotel and demanded a refund of the overpaid amount, we were simply ignored. The management did not respond to our justified complaint or our written grievance. A hotel that promises its guests a price advantage, but actually charges a significantly higher price and subsequently refuses any communication, has completely lost our trust. We find such behavior misleading and absolutely unacceptable. We cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances based on this experience and will definitely never book there again.

After 2017 we were there again with a group of motorcyclists for one night. On arrival we were cleared as a matter of course parking space for the seven motorcycles. The stay was very pleasant and we spent a nice evening with good local food as well as attentive staff. Breakfast as a buffet leaves nothing to be desired.

What a lovely hotel, lovely facilities, swam in the pool, eat in restaurant the food was really good as well. Patricia on reception was very friendly and helpful as we were a little late, but she helped us settle in.
