I chose this hotel to stay in when I was in Chelyabinsk. No regrets. The room was spacious, comfortable, with everything you need to stay. I liked it, I'll pick you next time I come too

Overall, we liked the hotel, very clean, the room is chic. It just so happens that wherever we went, we were all alone.) The only thing that made us leave on the same day was the kitchen of this hotel ... My husband and I only ate at the hotel restaurant that day, the food is delicious, but after dinner my husband felt that he was getting sick, he was fainting, he threw up ~10 times, and I just felt nauseous. The receptionist called, they said there were no complaints today and the restaurant brought us tea and cakes, of course I don't know how the cakes would help us. They don't have a doctor, they can only call an ambulance, so we went home to a comfortable environment, because it was already very uncomfortable to be there.

It went from a great hotel to a mediocre one. Employees don't say hello, showers are dirty, wet towels are on the floor. Instead of bacon frosting, they brought plastic with cut chicken. The laundry is dilapidated and drab and the maid sees it ((. The service, cleanliness and nutrition surprised us very unpleasantly. Add to this the cost from 12 trr, and on holidays - 12-20 trr and it becomes quite sad. We have been vacationing there for 15 years and were very proud that in Chelyabinsk there is a high-level hotel service. Now not((change of control??? Or wild economy???
