Hotel Classic

Rating -7, and 1* for the previous visit last year. We stayed at the hotel twice, the first time in May 2023, we liked everything very much, we decided to spend the night there this year on the way from Georgia. We arrived tired, late in the evening, and were given room 308 - 3rd floor. As soon as we entered, I didn’t check the number; it didn’t even occur to me that it was necessary to do so. After some time I went into the shower and was unpleasantly surprised: - stink!!! Sewerage and dampness - 1* - toilet seat!!! I don’t know what could have happened to him; by the looks of it, he was taken from the station toilet and put in this hotel. Either they don’t wash it properly, or it’s really used and after very intensive use it ended up in this toilet. It's disgusting to sit on it -1* - sink!!! It's split, part of the outer edge is missing, and it's not washed properly, apparently they don't wash it after every guest -1* - a wall near the toilet and a glass for a brush!! All this together survived some kind of catastrophe. The holder is broken, the hanging glass is leaning in a corner on the floor, the hole in the wall is somehow sealed with broken tiles and the second hole nearby is plugged with a temporary sewer plug, apparently that’s where the stink comes from! - 1* - shower!! - crooked plastic tray, dirty!!!! (and the dirt is physical, not stone or rust + stone and rust are also present), it’s disgusting to go into it. Apparently, too, the washing schedule is once a quarter or less -1* - well, the sink is a bathroom type, without a base or bedside table, there is physically nothing to put a cosmetic bag on, not a single hook, the shower is a shabby dirty structure made of a plastic tray and glass with a dripping tap, the area of the toilet room is microscopic, so it’s impossible to turn around - this taste, I understand... - the carpets are beautiful, but the vacuum cleaner is the same, we haven’t seen it for a long time, there are crumbs and small debris all over the room -1* - bed!!! There is something crumpled under the sheet, the blanket is filled with cut cellophane, under it you sweat and freeze at the same time -1* Dear administrator! If the room is not ready or is under renovation, why are you selling it? We are buying a service! And service is a quality service. Dear owners, before you stick 4* on your wall, I strongly advise you to travel to 4* hotels that have passed certification and see what the rooms look like and how the service is provided. Live in them and feel the difference... In fact, it’s an ordinary tired hotel, with poor cleaning and untrained staff, and of course no stars, it’s just more pleasant for the owners.

We regularly come to this city on personal business, and I can say with confidence that the hotel has an excellent location. The central square can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The Hotel is clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed. The room has everything you need for your stay. Very good selection of breakfast items. Everything in the restaurants is also very tasty. I think we will come here again in the summer.
