Today (May 24) accommodation in this hotel, faced terrible shameful service, service in the restaurant and bar - none, restaurant administrator spoils the mood with his attitude to guests. Bartenders are a separate topic at all, do not bring an order, take their time to serve at all! Everyone's doing a favor.

Restoration required. Very friendly staff , checked in in advance (thanks separate girls ) . Very convenient location, seems to be on a noisy street, and no noise is heard. Rooms worth updating , towels old , rooms clean .

I very rarely write reviews, but I couldn’t resist here. Before moving in, I studied the reviews of other guests who were here six months or a year or two before us: it seemed good, but the plumbing was leaking, stains on the carpet, depressed mattresses, etc. I thought that everything had been fixed, and I guess I should read the reviews. But no! Everything is exactly as in the reviews! Guys, it’s just not possible - you’re like a global network, the price tag is not small, and a leaking tank in the toilet, a leaky chair seat and a creaking bed clearly undermine your authority. Yes, there are advantages - location, excellent breakfasts, friendly staff. Maybe it’s worth reconsidering either the pricing policy or making repairs?
