Good,tasty,quality food .Nice staff.Pleasant atmosphere.The hotel has no grounds,it is in the center of the city.A little outdated.The pool is a little far away.Give coupons to the water park Three meals without alcohol.

Good afternoon. We stayed at the hotel in August 2023. Initially, we went to Anapa with the prejudice that the city was provincial and would quickly get boring, but under sanctions the choice was limited, so we chose the resort based on the principle of a place where we had not been before. I enjoyed my vacation from the first day, and this is entirely the merit of the hotel. What I liked: The first and most important thing is the hospitality and cordiality of the hotel staff. There were no moments when it was necessary to knock out, ask or demand something. The staff at the reception are very friendly: they help, explain, communicate politely and delicately. The maids are also very responsive and caring. Towels were changed several times a day. The restaurant is a different story. The food is always prepared deliciously and there is a wide variety. There have always been fruits. The food doesn’t run out, you can come at any time during the specified time without fear that everything delicious is eaten 🙂. The price included access to a guarded sea beach with sun loungers and a swimming pool. Also included a visit to the water park. By the way, the location of the hotel is very good, almost on the embankment and the main street for evening walks. Nearby is a children's world, a crossroads store, and a local wine store. In general, it was unexpected for us, but the trip was a success, and if we ever return, it will definitely be to Valentina.

NOT A 5* HOTEL!!! I liked the service in the restaurant, the reception, the cleaning of the room was excellent. The room is spacious and has all the amenities. The beach is very far away, the beach is not pebble, but with huge boulders, the mattresses on the sun loungers are very dirty, it’s disgusting to put things down. You have to bring towels with you from the hotel, which is very inconvenient. The complaints about the food are completely inconsistent with a 5* hotel!!! Just like the beach! The food is simple, like in a canteen. The names of the dishes are not indicated everywhere! The assortment is minimal, the buffet is ridiculous, very small! That’s right, they wrote earlier in the review that the food is like in a 3*** hotel, obviously not in a 5 ***** hotel!!! Don't disgrace yourself and don't exhibit cheap capelin and pollock fish! Simple soups - stews, especially “mushroom” soup, where there is only noodles; ordinary pies, a bunch of cabbage, potatoes (baked, fried, boiled) in a 5***** hotel!!! The cheapest and most common products in a 5 ***** hotel! They could have at least given wine and champagne for dinner. The hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel!!!!!! Need to match! Both the food and the beach should be 5*****!!! Thanks to the maids and reception staff! If the hotel takes into account the above shortcomings, we will return, but for now we have no such thoughts and will not recommend it to anyone!!!
