How would you like cockroaches in the room and underperforming housekeeping in a 5 star hotel??? They just didn’t clean the room sometimes. I wonder if Sochi hotels have their own rating system that...

Stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel was surrounded by mountains and this peaceful area gives you a chance to relax and enjoy the scenary. The breakfast was good, friendly staff's, good facilities...

At the hotel with my Russian fiancé who had a bad fever, called main reception who said there is a doctor at block C but she doesn’t visit the rooms, we had to walk over to block C and ask reception...
