12.07.2024 We had a wedding at the Siberian Safari Club. When checking into the most expensive LUXURY room on 11.07.2024, no one at the reception warned me that the morning after the wedding - 13.07.2024 there will be a water cut in the complex. We'd change plans and get a room at another hotel. The club was not aware and should not have known that the water supply would be cut off in the area where Safari is located. However, the morning after the wedding we were UNPLEASANTLY surprised by the lack of water until almost 11am. There was 1 small bottle of water in the room that had to be used to wash and wash off the makeup somehow. There wasn't even water to drink. And no one offered on the phone when I called the receptionist the second and third time. On the stairs at check-in there was black hair, which is evidence of poor cleaning of the !SUITE! On the morning of 13.09.2024 on the floor of the bathroom from the tap, that near the toilet, water was dripping and running (which was reported to the administrator upon departure and even shown video). In addition, we would like to have an explanation from the management as to why, when booking a restaurant for a certain amount (which we even had too much) a room for newlyweds is given as a gift, which cannot be used (in case of need and check-in to another room) for the accommodation of relatives of newlyweds. At the same time, the gift room goes the most ordinary and cheap. Reservation discounts were also refused for the purchase of another room for the restaurant. Just like they refused to provide the same room as a gift because we purchased a SUITE room. I think that compared to the other Inn in the city, the Siberian Safari Club Inn, it loses absolutely. The hotel management needs to review the accommodation policy for guests who book for such important and expensive events in order to attract visitors! And the wedding planner and I now advise against the Siberian Safari Club Hotel for accommodation. Impressions - spoiled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That said, the restaurant is great, there are no questions about it.

It is indeed a picturesque location, on the banks of the Yenisei, but not very convenient to get to the city center. However, the staff ordered us a city taxi without any issue, and the taxi turned out to be perfectly honest and nice! It is also well situated to get to the Stolby park. The main problem is the neglected (awful actually) aspect of the building, with many broken parts, that make it look like a haunted and almost deserted place... It makes the place very depressing when the weather is bad. The room have nothing special but they are functional.

Taxi driver that took my partners and me from the airport was giggling about our hotel choice... saying this was well known place to bring the chicks to... Well it appeared to be the truth right on the first night, as I was completely unable to sleep because of the people having a "party" behind the wall. Same was the next night;( The first day there were noisy construction works at the hotel restaurant with no chance to rest. In the morning when we were supposed to check out, the were no water... So no shower... At the check out I was offered to round the bill to higher price - to hundreds of Roubles "to show nicer amount in the bill" Try to avoid this silly people and the place!!!
