Today 21.02.2026, stopped by the Vega Hotel, on the seventh floor, room 714 and awesome, stained almost all the clothes. Dust all over the utensils, at least plant potatoes, but it's natural when you walk past other rooms where the cleaners were, they're half-lying on the newly made bed hanging out on their phones. Called from number to reception, zero moves. And in general, we need to change the name to "VEGA Hostel"

There are still positive impressions of the hotel. Excellent service, all at the highest level. The room had a view of the Izmailov Kremlin. They rented a room through Zhili Were, it came out cheaper than through the site. We had no problems with check-in, the room was clean, very! delicious food and most importantly, the order is prepared quickly. General advice

December 25 I don't like picking on little things, I'm always trying to see the good. It's the third time we've had a holiday in this hotel, and the last two times we've had no complaints. But this time just ran out of patience--the room water Russian deluxe is leaving the washbasin and the bathroom is disgusting. Our three requests for a solution were not substantively addressed, but the power to ask again simply did not remain. Bathroom door broken-closed only by knee. One evening, the power went out, not just us. We were very surprised at the reception. Twice they had to remind them of our problem.
