Noble, quiet, clean, cozy.10 minutes walk to the subway The rooms are spacious, all comfortable. Svetlana at the reception, very professional and politely decorated us. The next day, she helped us call a cab to the train station. It was really nice because we're from the United States and haven't been to Russia in 20 years. We felt at home. In comfort, warmth and care. Affordable prices. Highly recommended.

This is the worst place I've ever been! This is the first time I've seen this attitude towards guests, the receptionist raises her voice and yells mat (is this yours like???!!!). The air conditioning in the room is not working, and the window and battery are soldered at full power! But no one can help. I'm in shock!

She came to Moscow for a couple of days on personal business from Irkutsk, a friend recommended a hotel with the beautiful name "Hermitage", since I am a fan of painting and art! The hotel really impressed me! Paintings are everywhere, amazingly, but there are originals! I also got to the all-lovers day and served a really good dessert for breakfast! It's so sweet and delicious! On the downside: it was a bit cool in the room and instead of bottled water in the common areas there are coolers, and otherwise it was comfortable.
