Holiday Inn Suschevsky

We booked for three people, expecting a high-quality hotel, but the service and housekeeping staff were unpleasant. When we requested water, tea, coffee, and tissues, we were refused; our repeated calls were met with shouting and the line being disconnected. After several attempts, a housekeeper finally arrived, barging in aggressively and storming into the bathroom while yelling, "There are tissues here—why are you asking for more?" Additionally, the bathroom towels were dirty upon our arrival. Although the reception staff were helpful, I will not return to this hotel; I came to this beautiful country for relaxation and comfort, not to face stress and mistreatment.

The hotel really liked it! Not far from the Riga Metro. Lived on the 19th floor with stunning views of Moscow. In the room everything you need for a person!!!!! And even a capsule coffee machine and coffee capsules. The bathroom is comfortable, everything for care is:shampoo, conditioner, gel, lotion, soap. They called the front desk, asked for pasta and brushes, and they brought us two sets right away. The receptionists at the hotel show they're very glad you came, giving me a souvenir. When they left, they saw that the deputies from, United Russia " came to the conference. And this party to a bad hotel will not go!!! Next time we will definitely stop here again!!!!!! I've been at this hotel for a few days on a business trip. The host paid for it so I can't say anything about the value for money... as for the hotel itself: I was quite comfortable. Nice location, spacious room that has everything you need. I had three meals a day for five days - I was satisfied. The business room at the hotel is also fully arranged. The only downside that marred the trip was that our elevator broke down at night, and we couldn't yell at the hotel staff for a very long time. But then came the treats and apologies...and kind of the incident is over 😁
