Taxis were not allowed into the territory; we had to drag heavy bags across the entire territory. At the reception I waited an hour waiting for registration, waited while the administrator talked with other employees, on the phone, etc. After waiting an hour, I made a remark to the administrator, to which they answered: are you in a hurry, do you have family circumstances? After such rudeness, I left the hotel. Nearby there are hotels Sevastopol, Sanflower, for the same money you will get much better service.

This hotel is not convenient if you want to go to the city as it's a 20 minute walk to the closest Metro station, then it takes about 45 minutes switching several lines to reach the center. The hotel is clean and has recently added an English speaking receptionist. The hotel has also made some improvements since my last stay such as high speed internet. Unfortunately, for me who has business in the center of town, the only benefit is the great price.
