Of all the rooms we've got one with a missing lock in the bathroom. Are you kidding? People have been staying here every day, are we the first ones to notice it? Reported to the reception but it didn't help, the repairman installed the lock but it still wouldn't work, and he wouldn't show up again.

This hotel has great service, good breakfast, nice rooms, close to metro and groceries. It was quiet, good neighborhood to walk around, safe and a most pleasant expereince to stay there. I recommend this hotel.

I've stayed in the hotel from Feb 22 - Mar 2 and can say that I am very happy with everything that the hotel had to offer: Room's size is big, very quite, breakfast is great, location close to metro station (5-7 minutes walk). The only minus was that WiFi didn't work in my room (516, 5th floor) but I was able to use it in a lobby and in restaurant. I will definitely stay in the hotel again when visit Moscow next time.
