The hotel is 20 minutes away by car from m.Plannernoye, but you can also take the bus 981 m-which is very convenient. The territory is amazing! Quiet, calm and very beautiful !There is a small pond with ducks,you can fish,there are gazebos for barbecues. The food is delicious! There are pool and tennis tables (the tennis table could be upgraded already). For children animation from morning to evening.In the evening-live music,then discotheque(danced from the heart) The bar has delicious drinks. Girls on the receiving end are sensitive, executive. Room service is good. We will definitely come here again!!

The glider has gone bad! Probably the reason is that the estate itself, which was the center of attraction of Planernny itself, was demolished. This is a former estate with an estate, with history, only one name remains and the old holiday home of the newspaper “Pravda”! For two decades, Planernoe was our home, our dacha, the people and atmosphere there were very pleasing. Arriving for the final time in April, we noted with great displeasure the changes in everything. Everything has become more expensive, and the slackers (presidential managers) vacation at our expense, for 5 or 10% of the cost, and their family members vacation for free until they are 21 years old. Having paid a little less than 50,000 for a room for three people for 3 days (this is a suite), which was not cleaned in time for our arrival (at 14:00), having tried lunch and dinner on these days, we were disappointed with the service and quality of the dishes. Moreover, they began to prepare tolerably only for the arrival of vacationers for our taxes, employees of the administrative offices of the President of the Russian Federation. So I strongly do not recommend the hotel. The room, suite, in which we stayed was on the 7th floor, which had a huge balcony and a falling curtain in the bathroom, and even some of the furniture was taken from the room for repairs. We have been vacationing in Planernny since 1998, and have seen both good and bad. Now it's gotten worse! They built a children's playground, they spent a lot of money, but the playground is unsuccessful, it would be better if they renovated the Boathouse and brought back the boat rentals! But then the walkways everywhere would have to be repaired! The park has been neglected, only a small area around the building itself is being thoroughly cleaned! If large groups or weddings come, there is noise, commotion, night walking and drinking all day long! With a significant and unreasonable increase in price, they took away all the weekend holiday bonuses! Check-in at 14, check-out at 12! Previously, you could arrive at 9-10 and walk in the morning, and leave at 18, now this is only for members of the management and their families. The only good rooms are suites and junior suites, the rest are unprepossessing, except for the executive suites, they are small but have two rooms! The staff was very very good and adequate, everyone is running away from there, only a few of the wonderful staff are left! Run from there, beautiful Michelle, run! This is not your level! It’s a pity for the estate, which was brought to complete disrepair by the barbarians; it was rotten and not dried out or repaired for more than 20 years; it’s a pity for the beavers and ducks. It’s a pity for the pond in which we swam in 1998 and there was a beach there! It's a pity for this piece of land that is barbarically ruled. Very bad manager!

A wonderful place for a family holiday, comfortable and cozy conditions for vacationers. We rested during the New Year holidays: the territory is large with rental of skis, sleds, etc. (ski slope), all areas are cleared of snow and ice; varied and tasty food; the rooms and common areas are well maintained - clean and comfortable; During the day there are entertainment programs for adults and children, an evening program at the highest level: live music, competitions, interactive activities. The hotel staff in all areas of activity are great professionals: friendly, with a positive attitude. I would like to express my gratitude to the organizers and staff for organizing a wonderful vacation! I recommend this hotel for a holiday!
