The hotel is in the middle of no where but it’s a nice place the staff is very friendly and the rooms are confortable the breakfast is just ok but no more. From the airport the easy way is the taxi but you have to be certain to use one official taxi company and not the yellow car , looks the same but don’t have numbers , ask the ladies at the taxi desk in the airport and don’t talk to the guy how looks sympathique , you should pay between 1000 and 2000 rubles to the hotel from the airport

Staying at the highest (7th!) floor you may "enjoy" hardly warm water during first 3 minutes after switching on, "speaking" toilet and dirty bed-cover. No excuses, no desire to help the guest... Just "7th floor is the highest, you know how water runs"? Visiting the highest skyscrapers in the world during last 10 years... Surely, I know, how water runs at the 50th floor if the building is being managed properly...

Price and location are always a factor in my review and since I was here for the world cup the $350 per night cost is reflected here. Staff is very friendly...several front desk spoke some English. The rooms were fine. Beds old and hard and TV very small. The AC didn't work so we opened the window. The shower had good pressure and hot water. Hotel had free breakfast and dinner daily. Breakfast was European as expected and the choices were decent. Quality not great but it was free. Enough to get you started. We didn't try dinner. They have atm, internet facilities and a 24 hour bar with limited menu and drinks but nice to have. Hotel also has van that will take you to the metro station each hour. Or a nice 15 minute walk along a beautiful park to the metro and a 5 min walk to the moscow river. Overall not bad and I was happy not to be paying $1500 a night at the Marriott or $2500 a night at the Ritz Carlton.
