Dear Satellin Moscow Khovrino Administration, At the entrance to your hotel is painted the inscription "We are always welcome." After our last visit, I can safely say you can replace it with: “We are always NOT happy with you.” We (my husband and I) are your regular guests, (there is a loyalty card even, you can check 02185300000185) plus my husband also booked on himself never, we have chosen you more than once. But this time, we were denied entry simply because my husband did not have his original passport with him. And every time we checked in, you took a passport scan. In doing so, we had: – All other identification documents; – passport scan, passport rollover photo, driver's license, military ticket — my original passport stamped to prove it was my husband – confirmed paid reservation. Instead of showing respect and loyalty to regular customers, we received a formal rejection and a complete lack of willingness to find a solution. You can invoke the law all you want, but there are always out-of-the-box situations for which a client service is created. These are the situations that show how much the hotel really values its guests. Thank you for putting us out for the night in a foreign city in a pre-paid room, hospitality and customer care were below formal bureaucratic procedures for you!!! PS: And I don't have to write a letter of resignation invoking the law. !!! So, dear readers, know that if you arrive suddenly with your husband/parents/children and forget something from the documents, you will also be kicked out!

Good afternoon My husband, son and I were guests of this hotel from January 5 to January 7, 2024. We liked everything very much, except that it is STRICTLY forbidden to take food from the restaurant to your room. A terribly stupid rule that I have never encountered in any hotel. On top of everything else, the bartender reported this rule in an extremely boorish manner. I would not recommend this hotel to those who prefer to eat in the room. Also not convenient for smokers. Smoking is only allowed outside. I myself will not stay at this hotel again and I do not recommend it to you. There is every chance that the bartender will be rude to you too. I felt uncomfortable and very upset!!!

Hotel with a good location close to the airport SVO and metro station. Basic style but it is Holiday In Express so nothing more expected. Breakfast basic. Room not bad with all needed. But the bathroom condition was disaster. Very dirty corners with mold and mushrooms. It is quite new ( restored) hotel so I even do not want to know how it will looks like in few years ! Two lifts but one was not working. In the morning it was a challenge to be down from the 9-th floor....
