I came for work for 2 days. I stayed in deluxe room 514. Check-in was quick. Breakfast is decent. Everything in the room was fine: quite clean, all disposable items in the shower, clean linen. That's where the positives end. The decor in the hotel itself is outdated. And there is one BUT. 10,000 RUBLES ARE MISSING FROM MY SAFE. The safe was closed. I noticed the loss in the evening of the same day, upon arriving home. In the morning, I was in a hurry and put the envelope in my bag. It never even occurred to me that money could disappear from the safe. An even sum of 10,000 rubles. All service personnel on the floor are from neighboring countries

So: 2 o'clock in the morning, I wake up from a knock on the door of the next room, which after a few minutes turned into hammering. I open the door and ask the man if he has seen the time at which he makes noise, because he wakes up the neighbors. He answered: “I saw it, but what?” - with aggression, after which he began to break in and kick the door towards me, saying: open it, you pissed off. I immediately called the reception, they sent a security guard, but the drunken junkie had already left. The most interesting thing begins in the morning. I come to the front desk, explain once again what happened, that they threatened me, woke me up and did not allow me to rest in my own room. I ask: will there be any compensation for me for this? The girl at the front desk, shaking her head very naively, replies: “This rarely happens here and no compensation is provided.” Well, look. This is a rare case that happened to me, and in such situations the administration would have to show loyalty in order to preserve its reputation. Do anything, offer free breakfast, whatever. Show concern for the client. No, they don’t care about me or you, future clients.

Room: 1008. A terrible stench when entering the room from the bathroom, the savdep is just soaked in everything, dirty floors, mold in the bathroom, everything is dirty, the toilet is located so you can’t get to it without help, the beds are very uncomfortable, high mattress and narrow bed, all night you will be balancing in the center so as not to roll down, the elevators are just rough, you go to the first floor but you will collect everything from the 1st to the 14th floor. On the plus side, I can note the beautiful view and that’s all.
