I was in this hotel for only 2 days, but even in such a short time, you could understand that the hotel - could not get worse. Dirty bed linen with other people's hair, fresh breakfast food, a room key card was constantly out of order, and you had to wait for the woman at reception just to get on the floor. The room is very dirty. Of the 6 elevators, only 1 was working and then intermittently. When I asked for help getting my suitcase up to the 8th floor, I was told: “Pick it up yourself.” And it was all on my birthday. I won't recommend the hotel.

The worst guest I've ever been to. For starters, we've been moved into a stinking suite. I don't know what happened to him, but the stink was such that the airing didn't help. We even had to go out and buy some air ourselves and sleep through the night with the window open. But it didn't help. Client orientation is zero. I've contacted the administrator several times to get them to do something. But they didn't even bother to help us. They wouldn't even agree to move us into another room for an extra fee. As a result of the two nights booked, lived only 1 and left for another hotel. Very unhappy with this hotel.
