Stayed in this hotel for one night. The cost of accommodation was about 16,000 rubles. Unfortunately, roadworks using a jackhammer and heavy machinery began (or continued) at night, at approximately 00:39, just under the windows of number 316. It was impossible to sleep in such conditions. I immediately contacted the reception, but was informed that the work was being carried out by the city services and the hotel could do nothing. No other number was offered, nor was there any solution to the situation. After staying, I applied through OneTwoTrip for compensation. The hotel refused, arguing that the roadworks were not its own. At the same time, no one disputed the fact that a full rest was impossible. I understand that the hotel wasn't creating the noise. But paying 16,000 rubles a night in a hotel of this level, you count first of all on the opportunity to sleep. If circumstances arise that make this impossible, we would like to see the hotel striving to solve the problem: relocate the guest, offer compensation or otherwise resolve the situation. Unfortunately, that did not happen in my case. Draw your own conclusions.

The hotel staff were absolute champions! The hotel is very well located, with a friendly, welcoming and sociable atmosphere. Room was comfortable and cozy, and the breakfast absolutely divine.

The only normal Hilton in Moscow Good location, staff very adequate and friendly, always available to help. Tomorrow's A+, they're trying, too. The rooms are not large, but sleeping comfortably and generally cozy. If the price and location is suitable – then strongly recommend taking it
