Holiday Inn Moscow Sokolniki

Hello there. We booked one room for 3 people from May 25-27. However, the number does not match the photos at all. The room is very small, the beds are close together, making it extremely uncomfortable to be in the room. The third sleeper turned out not to be a full bed, but a convertible sofa, which is absolutely uncomfortable for sleeping. This is unacceptable in terms of comfort and quality of service. No such information is given at the time of booking, although people pay for the room based on the photos and description. Our expectations were not fully met. I strongly recommend against it.

Good call from Holiday. About 9,000 for the breakfast standard. I haven't had time to test the pool. Too bad the loyalty program from IHG and Russia no longer works

We were on New Year's Day. The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, the breakfasts are good, a large selection of dishes. Cons: check-in at reception 2 hours of huge queue and so daily, just some disrespect to guests, no receptionists added; and another floors 26, elevators 8, but still difficulty getting up/down from the floor
