The Mandarin Residences

Worst hotel in Moscow, came to meet with partners how we managed to book 2 rooms in this hotel I don't understand, at the reception the girls seemed kind, until we decided to refund the money seeing the rooms, hot water was not available, the bed "White" in black spots, the plumbing in the knot is all covered with raid, the faucet is barely alive, the baseboards are all smashed, the bed is in a terrible condition one bedsores and pits, the air conditioning is noisy and all yellow with dirt, in the room the very unpleasant smell of decayed herring, the view of the construction and constant noise. I don't recommend this hotel. NO MONEY RETURNED!!!!!!!! Strongly spent 20 minutes in this hotel, and paid for the 3rd day + parking................

Four stars and doesn't smell of course, room booked for 24 hours, I only had to sleep. Feeling dusty room, floor dirty , no covering , child from the road bathed put- feet dirty steel, directly felt skin. Anything unpleasant and shattered, clearly hasn't been updated in a long time. Room for two but sit not where od n chair by the table and bed , that is tea, coffee but drink it should be standing one of the guests. The service was ordered, fruit plate, for the child before bed , from the road was late, brought a plate with 2 kinds by the half of the apple , and not a whole pear (seen in pieces ) 4 circles of orange and tiny sprigs of ripe (read sprung) grapes Even a banana?) Where have you seen these plates for 2,500 r? It's disgusting, especially since I voiced that I'm ordering the baby her. Interestingly, there's a bar, tea, a miserable plate of fruit you can drink something before bed, but there's nowhere for two to sit! Some collective farm. Number tiny (business)) photos are not taken correctly, looks bigger . Of the pluses, shower gel and toothpaste from the hygiene kit were more pleasant than usual in hotels.

According to my personal rating, the hotel in the top five worst places I stayed, and there have been about 50 in the last two years "for a minute", .. The hotel is not like a 4*, it's 1* short, more like a roadside motel. It's nice outside, but we can't go any further. Rooms are just awful, old, creaky, bathroom smelly, fungus everywhere, plumbing murdered! There is no inventory declared, the only plus, upon request brought quite promptly.. I'll think a hundred times before I book here again!
